RETURN POLICY

We would like to make it as easy as possible for you to make a return or exchange a product. We offer complementary shipping on returns and exchanges.

Should you wish to make a return or exchange a product, please contact us at customerservice@keevil.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. We will then approve your return providing;

The goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached.
The goods have not been worn or damaged.
You notify us to return within 14 days of receipt of goods

The original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.
Once your return is approved, we will send you a form to complete so we can arrange collection. Please note, we offer free returns and exchanges for all customers.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note this may take up to 10 working days depending on your financial institution.

SALE ITEMS

Please be advised that we do not offer returns or exchanges on any sale/discounted items. We kindly ask that you consider your items carefully before making a purchase.

REPEATED RETURNS

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience as simple as possible. We do, however, monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will potentially be refused at our discretion. 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

KEEVIL considers items as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of receipt.

Damage and/or defects to your KEEVIL product caused by personal wear and tear, accidents, treatment which is inconsistent with KEEVIL care instructions, dismantling or repairs made to the product are not covered by KEEVIL.

If the product is considered faulty or damaged, you will be provided a full refund. Please refer to the refund section above.
